This game is a bit like a one-deck version of Four Corners.
This one, or something much like it, was taught to me by my mother over 40 yers ago. I can not recall ever hearing a name for it, and I have not come across it in any patience rule books — but it may well exist. I hope I've remembered the main points. In any case, it does work like a decent game as it stands!
Tip: Remember to take a break between redeals to build what can be built on the Tableau, and free up some cards that way. Usually you can't do much, but it might be the difference between winning and losing the game!
