This is the original mahjong solitaire layout, called "The Turtle" by its creator Brodie Lockard in the 1981 Mah-Jongg computer game for the PLATO computer system.

Tip: Go into the filter and check "Mahjong" under "additional info" to see only Mahjong Solitaire layouts in the game list.

(Even if you are an unregistered user, there's no need to tinker with any manual settings to play this game: When you switch to a Mahjong layout, the standard Mahjong tile/card set will be automatically selected.)
