Some historical solitaires offer delightful — or disturbing — insights into the mindset of the place and the age where they were conceived. This is one of the latter, and as close to ethnic cleansing as you're likely to get playing solitaire.

(On a brighter note, if you have a look at Lady Cadogan's book — available from project Gutenberg, among other places — you'll see that although the inventor tried his or her best to make the concept of "race" a crucial game element, it really didn't work out that way, all things considered...)

This version is almost completely faithful to Lady Cadogan's original rules, as far as they can be deciphered. At least it does not break the unambiguous portions of the rules, which is more than can be said for some of the versions you'll find in other computer solitaire games!

Tip: Although the rules state that suit/colour does not matter when building with a card from the Waste, it is generally very unwise to put a black card on a sequence in the red Hemisphere and vice versa!
