Throw away cards between matching pairs of either suit or rank. In the end, only the king and queen of hearts should remain on the Tableau.
This is Betrothal according to the rules of Alphonse Moyse. In other versions, matching is always made through the cards immediately adjacent to the target card; Moyse allows the matching pair to be one OR two cards apart. This more difficult version goes under the name of Royal Wedding in SoliLuxe.
